We are recruiting an Accountant / Finance Officer for our growing business. The successful candidate will have experience using Zoho Books and able to work with international transactions. An understanding of UK accounting practices is useful.
The role is home based, remote working and can be done on a part time basis. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business studies and a recognised accounting qualification.
- Maintain all accounting transactions in ZOHO Books.
- Monthly accounts preparation
- Preparation of statutory Tax returns.
- Receivables / Payables management
- Bank & Vendor reconciliation
- Cash Process Management
- Timely Billing / Invoicing process
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and MIS.
- Ready to do all types of administrative and project related work.
- 3-5 years of Accounting and Administrative experience
- Good in accounting with experience in AP, GL, AR
- Well versed with MS Excel and other Cloud Based Accounting software
- Ability to communicate orally (in English) and written (English).
- Computer skills with ability to handle MS Office suite and adapt to latest Web-based software applications.
- Willing to work in a flexible schedule.
