We are recruiting an Inside Sales / Tele-marketing Executive for a Global Management Consultancy firm. The successful candidate will be responsible  for the generation and nurturing of new business leads in the US market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver against set targets (both from a lead and sales perspective)
  • Adhere to the US sales processes, including the US sales pipeline approach.
  • Work closely with the US sales channel team to help identify strategic prospects and help to move them through the pipeline to the purchase point.
  • within the US chosen markets. This include using tools such as linked in, cold calling lists, etc.
  • Nurture leads throughout the funnel, and either convert to a sale or at the agreed point hand over to the relevant partner for them to accept as a SQL.
  • Develop own target lists for self generation of pipeline
  • Follow up on inbound leads (web, contacts, downloads events, etc.) to ensure that they are disqualified, converted to a lead or nurtured.
  • Create demand for events and campaign content
  • Input all new leads and activities into the Salesforce whilst allocating to the relevant campaigns for reporting ease and having a knowledge of the stage of readiness for each lead.
  • Attend all relevant internal training to enhance performance.

Experience:

  • Strong experience in tele marketing
  • Strong track record in new business development
