Due to continued growth we are recruiting an Office Administrator to support the administrative functions across all areas of the business. These include our Care Homes as well Recruitment Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an open communication with internal and external parties
  • Supporting Management and Senior team members with administrative tasks
  • Updating and maintaining records
  • Keeping filing system organized and confidential
  • Organizing meetings or events, scheduling appointments, or making travel arrangements
  • Supporting the paying of bills for various business expenses
  • Editing reports for distribution to clients
  • Setting up, attending and minuting meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for senior team members
  • Answering calls in a timely manner and logging all details on CRM
  • Processing invoices and maintaining petty cash
  • Complete all accompanying administration

The successful applicant will have experience within a comparable role, a genuine passion for admin with exceptional communication/organization skills.
