We are recruiting a number of Business Development Managers and Sales Directors to support our expanding team of Resourcing Partners. This is a business development role which is a key part of our business model. The role will include telesales, client visits, developing existing business and bringing on significant new business. You will have the support of a team of Resourcing Partners and Administrative support to allow you to focus on business development.
You will ideally have experience of working in recruitment sales with a good track record of business development and key account management.
For selected candidates there is an additional option of Resourcing some of our existing international vacancies.
This is a commission only role however we offer an attractive compensation model.
Attractive commission for revenues derived from each new consulting engagement developed
up to 30% commission of each placement fee from any new recruitment client
Up to 30% billing fee for new Consulting client
up to 90% commission for each role resourced from clients developed from recruitment accounts
OTE – £100,000 per year, however this is uncapped.
NB: This role is remote working commission only and can be done on a full or part time basis.
